The room’s toiletries were abundant, and we were even given an extra set upon checking in. We enjoyed the ofuro/jacuzzi and found it to be a great way to relax after a day of exploring.

Our room had a strong smell of smoke that made us feel sick. the fact that we couldn’t lock the room from the inside and had to rely on calling to be let out made us feel like we were in prison.

This hotel is conveniently located near a train station, making it easy to get around this city. The staff provided a variety of free toiletries, which was a nice touch. The jacuzzi in the room was a great way to unwind after a long day. the hotel facilities were quite clean.

For us, the room had a strong odor of smoke which detracted from the experience.

Although we had a really bad experience overall, there were a few good things we can mention. the amenities in the room were decent with lots of toiletries offered. the location was great, just a short walk from the train station and nearby attractions. the third thing we liked was the fact that we were able to relax in the hot tub, which was a nice way to unwind after a long day of exploring. Dislikes: Unfortunately, there were far too many negatives to outweigh the positives. the room had a really strong smoke smell and it made us both feel sick. It was so bad we had to leave the room and stay out for a few hours to recover. the other major issue was that we were locked in our own room! It felt like we were in prison and we had to call for someone to let us out. our Christmas stay was filled with disappointments and again.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet close to a train station, making it an ideal base for exploring. the room is spacious with plenty of toiletries, a nice ofuro/jacuzzi and a cozy massage chair for relaxation after a long day of cycling. the breakfast is delicious and the service is friendly, making it a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Disappointingly, there are no free bottled water provided in the room, but it's a small downside compared to the positives.
